Gift vouchers for your salon.

A specific service often sells better as a gift. Because prices change, an amount is safer for you. Many salons write both: “Wash, cut and blow dry worth €45”.

Yes. The image has print quality and can be passed on via WhatsApp or email without printing anything.

For the subscription you sign in without a password: with a 6-digit code by email or with Google. Your drafts are then saved in your account, on up to three signed-in devices. It renews every month. You can cancel any time to the end of the paid month, in your account or at “Verträge hier kündigen”. It only covers vouchers, each site has its own subscription.

If nothing is stated, the statutory limitation period of three years applies, counted from the end of the year the voucher was bought. A voucher bought in 2026 is therefore valid until 31 Dec 2029. Shorter periods are often invalid for value vouchers, so the template uses exactly this date. No legal advice.

With a number you can see which vouchers were sold and redeemed, and forged copies stand out. The quantity sets how many vouchers with ascending numbers end up in the PDF.

Slightly thicker paper from 160 g/m² looks better. Three vouchers fit on one A4 sheet, the dashed lines show where to cut. The format matches a DL envelope.

For a one-off €3.99 incl. VAT you download the voucher you just designed without watermark, as PDF and image. No account needed: your access link works for one year on up to three devices. Later changes get a watermark again. With the subscription for €9.99 per month incl. VAT all vouchers are watermark free, however often you change them.

Yes. Under “Format” you switch the voucher language between German, English, Turkish and Russian, independent of this page. Heading, “For”, “From” and the other labels change with it.
